REFUND POLICY

At GraphicTees LLC, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to read our refund and exchange policy.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges for Vinyl Products
Due to the nature of vinyl products, including regular vinyl and glitter vinyl sheets, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges for these items. Please ensure that you are selecting the correct colors and sizes before completing your purchase.

2. T-Shirts, Hoodies, and Long Sleeves
For t-shirts, hoodies, long sleeves, and other apparel, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving the products. Items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags intact. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for refunds, only exchanges. Please contact us at USEGRAPHICTEES@GMAIL.COM to initiate an exchange.

3. Custom Orders
Custom orders, including DTF prints and other personalized products, are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with photographic evidence of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
