  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. Custom items, such as DTF prints or special requests, may take additional time to process. You will be notified of any delays via email.

  • We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method.
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for domestic orders (U.S.). International shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

3. Shipping for Out-of-Stock Items

  • For items not currently in our warehouse or store, it may take an additional 3-8 business days for the product to arrive at our location before it ships to you. We will notify you if this applies to your order.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and selected international countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
